When it comes to mobile phone, everybody is familiar with, at least I think so. A mobile phone can also be called mobile, cellphone or handphone. It is an electronic device used for mobile telecommunications over a cellular network of base stations. Although not all could know about the history and working theory of mobile, we all know how to use it. Its easy operation brings convenience to us than anything else in any times.
Nowadays, mobile plays an irreplaceable role in our daily life. We aren’t able to imagine how life will be without it. Just think that, we put mobile at home while working a whole day in office, can we get used to the only 8 hours? No, absolutely no. Actually, most of us have experienced this attempt. One of my colleague once strongly denied my viewpoint for dependence on mobile. He then made a great decision not carry mobile for one week. But what was the result? He gave up. Only one-day is a big trouble for him.
The dependence and convenience mobile gives to us make it close friends for anyone of us. With it we can contact anyone whenever we want. Communication among people from different regions, races, genders has been strengthened. Distance has been shortened. Heart to heart ties closely via mobile, the marvelous communication tool in modern time. As one part of media in recent days, mobile has been used for a variety of purposes, including keeping in touch with family members, conducting business, and having access to a telephone in the event of an emergency.
Also, we couldn’t ignore its shortcomings. Every coin has two sides. Radiation is the worst problem. It’s a great harm to human’s body. Many symptoms like loss of appetite and memory, insomnia, neurasthenic and so on come out as time goes by. Besides the harm to health, it results in pollution to our environment. The battery of it is a threat to surroundings we are live in. So let’s be conscious of the harm it brings to us, rather than regard it as “God” to our daily life.
In terms of Cell Phones, Nokia may be first comes to our mind. In fact, in current market, we can find hundreds of kinds of mobile brands, sizes, colors and designs. Take China for example, both broad and domestic brands, like Nokia, Oppo, Anycall, LG, Lenovo, CECT, TCL and so on and so forth can give us numerous options to choose when we want to buy or change mobile. For one thing, it provides us opportunities to reach world products; for another thing, competition among different manufacturers lets mobile become cheaper and cheaper. We consumers benefit a lot actually. New functions and designs attract more and younger’s eyes. Even a primary student owns mobile nowadays. Some people carry more than one cell phones for different purposes, such as for business and personal use. That’s the popularity of mobile.
Who can predict the future of mobilephones? In reality, people, like consumers, manufacturers, experts, designers have shown their expectation for mobile. The recently released 3G, known to all, is a good example for this point. Some producers even begin to claim “4G network”. As an evolution of 3G network, 4G will not be far to the market, we hope so.
